I started working for Grontmij when I was still a student. The early start of my career  gave me a chance to combine my theoretical skills of engineering with the practical implementation of knowledge. The useful skills and knowledge that I gained from operating plants and taking part in the creation of a new installation for wastewater treatment helped me to graduate as well as to further my professional career.
 
Cooperation with different specialists in many branches allows me to develop my skills in many fields. Grontmij has given me a chance to become a licensed designer and project manager which let me combine the technical and financial aspect of designing.
 
In our team we still have some challenges to work on, but nevertheless after 7 years of cooperation, I think working for Grontmij was a good choice.
