Work and private life
It is very important for us that our employees find a balance between their work and their private life. Through flexible agreements as far as working time and place are concerned we make sure that they can bring together their work and their private life – tailored to suit their individual life situation and their workload. In addition, we provide 30 days annual leave and extra days in case of wedding, childbirth et cetera. We also help pay for preschool child day care and child day care during the holidays (for kids who are up to 14 years old).
