Every employee who has been employed for at least three months is entitled to Private Medical Insurance (PMI) at top-range private medical company - Medicover. The cost of PMI is fully covered by Grontmij in Poland. The PMI means that all our employees can quickly get comprehensive private medical care and thus avoid long waiting lists with national healthcare. There is also an option to include family members in the PMI, but then the cost is covered by the employee.
