For health and life Grontmij gives a reduction on health-insurance in a company-contract, free participation in activities. We offer a periodical health-check for our employees.
Work and private life
Except the regular number of 24 holidays Grontmij has a pace-list for holdidays above the age of 40 to the age of 60. Then there is a possibility to buy ten extra holidays, paternaty or maternity leave, possibility for sabatical (in the so called 'levensloop'-arrangement). Employees above the age of 55 have four extra holiday's.
Pension and investments
Grontmij in The Netherlands has a hybride-pension system with a very good pension subsidy by Grontmij (21.4 % to 3.35% by the employees), the possibility to leave at the age of 64 and also a possibility to invest in an extra pensionfund.
Training and personal development
We invest ca. 2.5% of the salary of the employees in study, training etc. Each year the employees make their plans about their personal development. We have our own training programmes for various groups of employees.
Grontmij offers a company shares participation scheme for employees. Other benefits are reductions on pc-projects (hardware and software), several insurances such as car-insurances, reduction on the mortgage. Members of the Union can pay their contribution 'tax-free'.
