Grontmij in the United Kingdom and Ireland offers access to health plan insurance covering key areas of healthcare for a small monthly contribution; we also provide company sick pay and life insurance for all employees.
Work and private life
Achieving balance is important for us. We provide 23-25 days annual leave with the option to buy an extra five days; people can work flexibly within a range of policies from maternity/paternity to dependents leave; there are options to take time off via sabbaticals or career breaks to pursue personal goals and ambitions. We also offer a childcare voucher scheme.
Pension and investments
All employees are eligible to be part of the non-contributory pension scheme, and can contribute if they wish to; pensions can be accessed earlier than the normal retirement age under special arrangements if required.

The structured approach we take to learning and development ensures we are developing a range of skills that will align with our diverse client base. Equally, training can be tailored to the needs of each individual in order to promote individuality as well as speciality among our employees. We offer a range of programmes to suit employees at all levels, including graduates, project management and an innovative Leadership Excellence Programme.
