The consortium Vietnam Climate Adaptation Partnership (VCAPS) focuses on the recently acquired contract: Ho Chi Minh City: Moving Towards the sea with Climate Change Adaptation. Under the auspices of Grontmij, and in collaboration with the municipality of Rotterdam, VCAPS is to contribute to the Ho Chi Minh City’s adaptation strategy. An important focus will be the port’s relocation from the city to the sea.
