Alastair has worked at Trett Consulting since 1991, most recently as director of the company’s London office. He has over 24 years’ experience in the engineering and construction industries. Originally from a quantity surveying and contracting background Alastair has experience across the full spectrum of industry sectors and forms of dispute resolution, and has acted as claims advisor to the company’s clients and legal teams, advocate, expert witness and mediator.

Trett Consulting has been part of the 11,000 strong Grontmij group since its acquisition in 2008. Alastair will oversee Trett Consulting’s development within the wider Grontmij group to ensure that all clients benefit from the range and depth of expertise now available through the combined offering.  As part of Alastair’s appointment, he will also join the UK & Ireland Leadership Team of Grontmij.
