The Council for the Meurthe-et-Moselle department has decided to have an Archives Centre built. The duration for this project is 4 years (1 year of study and 3 years on the ground) and has a total investment budget close to € 22 million.

As a result, the Meurthe-et-Moselle Council has entrusted Ginger Sechaud Bossuyt with a technical project management mission, including all the related technical design work: structural work, roads & utilities, energy saving, electricity and data cabling, heating, ventilation, plumbing and smoke extraction, partial working drawings for structural work and fluids, as well as works supervision and performance. The project also includes the construction of a reception lobby, a canteen, two reception rooms and an archive centre (with a total of 20km of shelving).
