The supervision for Grontmij’s Benelux region by Mr. Jean-Luc Schoebelen will take effect as of 9 November 2011 and will then consist of the following responsibilities: Member of the Executive Board; Vice-chairman Group Executive Committee; Group Director Monitoring & Testing; Chairman Committee Strategy, Innovation and Special Projects; supervision of Trett Consultancy (international programme management & dispute resolution) and the regions France and Benelux. As of that date the supervision of the region UK & CEE will become part of the responsibility of Mrs. Annemieke Nijhof, who is nominated for appointment as member of the Executive Board of Grontmij N.V. at an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Grontmij N.V. to be held on 9 November 2011.
