Design – UEFA requirements
The Baltic Arena football stadium was designed according to all UEFA requirements. It can fit 44.000 spectators. Over 2000 square meters and 40 boxes were designed for special guests and VIP’s. On top of this there are 1385 places on the main stand. Stadium dimensions are 236x204x45 meters and will be built in the Letnica quarter of Gdańsk. Admirable is the façade which would be covered with plates in different brown colours, imitating amber – which is a pride of the Baltic Sea.
