Mr Van der Bruggen (1947) studied Building Engineering and Mechanical Engineering at the Higher Technical School in Eindhoven. Having gained his doctoral degree, he started his career at the internationally-orientated Bredero Group. In 1987, he joined Internatio-Müller, where he became a member of the Board of Management in 1999. Following the group's strategic decision to combine and continue its core activities under the name Imtech N.V., he was appointed Chairman of the Board of Management of Imtech N.V. in 2002.
Mr Montagner (1942) holds degrees from the French “Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics” (ESTP) and the “Centre des Hautes Etudes du Béton Armé et Précontraint (CHEBAP)”. In 1968 he joined the Bouygues Group where he held several senior management positions and led many large, international projects including the construction of the Channel tunnel. He also served as the internal auditor of Bouygues S.A. In 1994, he became Chairman and CEO of the Board of Bouygues Telecom until 2007, after which he became Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Bouygues Telecom. Since 2008 he is a non-executive member of the Board of Bouygues Telecom.
Following these appointments, the Supervisory Board will consist of the following six members: Mr F.L.V. Meysman (chairman), Mr S.E. Eisma (vice-chairman), Mr R.J.A. van der Bruggen, Mr P.E. Lindquist, Mr P. Montagner and Mr J.H.J. Zegering Hadders.
