The list of Best Employers was drawn up by Effectory (market research agency) and Volkskrant Banen (newspaper) on the basis of the results of the largest-scale employer survey in the Netherlands.

This is the 7th year in which Effectory has awarded the title of Best Employer. The winners received their prizes on 23 June in the presence of 250 HR managers and CEOs.
 
Employees assess their own employers
In their survey, Effectory and Volkskrant Banen compared 315 organisations. They asked employees to give an assessment of their company culture, their work, their supervisor, labour conditions and opportunities for development. 154 organisations qualified for Best Employer, including Grontmij in the Netherlands.
