Today, Grontmij sold its 60% interest in wWinn BV, the holding company of Integrated Mechanization Solutions BV (IMS), to the management of IMS.

IMS employs around 50 people. In 2006 it generated a total revenue of around EUR 9,2 million as included in the Grontmij figures of 2006.
