Grontmij to work on feasibility study for theme park in the Netherlands
Three parties in the Netherlands intend to work in close cooperation to research the feasibility of the ECO Landstylepark. This park is a theme park that will be built based on ecological, economical and sustainable principles.
The three parties are ECOstyle, Triodos Real Estate Development and Grontmij. It is their ambition to have this research finished in July 2009; to then start working together on the actual developing of the ECO Landstylepark.
Grontmij’s expertise
Grontmij will contribute to this project through her expertise in the areas of design development, land development, extending of licenses, subsidies, management and sustainability concepts.
ECOstyle took the initiative to develop this park with two main purposes in mind. On the one end to build a sustainable theme park and on the other end to build an industrial park where companies can operate in a sustainable and socially responsible manner and to relocate their office to this location as well.
