On 26 August last, Grontmij announced its intention to delist Ginger from the Paris Stock Exchange. All the shares in Ginger held by minority shareholders have been transferred to Grontmij France SAS as per today. As a consequence the Ginger shares have been delisted from the Paris stock exchange and Grontmij is the 100% owner.
