Mr Meysman (Chairman of the Supervisory Board) and Mr Eisma (Vice-Chairman) have decided to step down following the request from some large shareholders for a change in the Supervisory Board at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held today to appoint Mrs Annemieke Nijhof as member of the Executive Board of Grontmij N.V.
As of today the Supervisory Board consists of Mr R.J.A. van der Bruggen, Mr P.P. Montagner and Mr J.H.J. Zegering-Hadders. The latter is appointed chairman of the Supervisory Board.

The Supervisory Board and the Executive Board thank Mr Meysman and Mr Eisma for their long standing contribution to the company.
