In the press release ‘Grontmij and Ginger to create leading European engineering consultancy’ one of the sellers is incorrectly stated: Parcom is not one of the sellers of shares in Ginger and not involved in the published transaction.
Grontmij has acquired the shares in the capital of Ginger from Mr. J.L. Schnoebelen and two of Ginger’s major shareholders, ING Quoted Equity Fund and Socadif.
As for the enhancement of Grontmij EPS: the transaction will result in immediate enhancement of Grontmij EPS, based on 2009 results and taking into account financing costs.
