Sustainability, the criterion for improving real estate yields
The Service Magazine of the University of Techonology of Eindhoven recently published an article by Ad van Driel, Director Business Development of Grontmij. The magazine is published by the study association connected to the master "Real estate Management & Development" of the Eindhoven University.
In this article Ad van Driel writes about the necessity of sustainability of real-estate and the way in which the sustainability of new and existing real-estate can be measured. He discusses the various methods of
measuring sustainability of buildings such as BREEAM and LEED.
