Trust conditions of the Stichting Administratiekantoor van aandelen Grontmij N.V. amended as per 28 May 2010
The board of the Stichting Administratiekantoor van aandelen Grontmij N.V. recently resolved to amend its trust conditions. After approval was obtained from Euronext Amsterdam by NYSE Euronext, the deed of amendment was signed by the notary.
The latest version of the trust conditions dated 29 May 2006. Since then, the related legislation and regulations changed considerably. The definitions used in the trust conditions needed to be updated. Furthermore, the articles of association of Grontmij N.V. were amended on 28 May 2010; to keep the trust conditions in line with the articles of association of the company, amendment of the trust conditions was required.
As a result of the amendment of the trust conditions, the rights of the holders of the depositary receipts are not reduced, nor are charges imposed upon them.
