Unique Grontmij website improves customer satisfaction
Recently Grontmij launched a unique new software site, software.grontmij.nl. It is the only site within Grontmij where customer interaction and support takes place online.

The business unit GIS and ICT develops and sells GIS software. With over 2,000 customers registered the unit knows exactly how important good support is. This is the reason why they decided to build a new website in which support plays a major role. Modern techniques were used to improve the customer support and following from this, the customer satisfaction.
Advanced tools
The website uses an advanced registration tool, so that - depending on the licenses you own - information and products are shown. New software patches are downloadable via the site and the website also offers a Forum, where users can exchange information and support each other. Now it's also possible for customers to upload large data files so that the helpdesk can respond immediately to the problems clients are facing.
