Press release - Grontmij appointed Mrs A.G. Nijhof to the Executive Board of Grontmij N.V.
During the extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders that was held today, Mrs A.G. Nijhof (1966) was appointed as member of the Executive Board of Grontmij N.V. from 9 November 2011 for a period of four years until 1 November 2015.
With this appointment the Executive Board of Grontmij N.V. consists of five members, namely: Mr S.Thijsen (CEO), Mr G.P. Dral, Mrs A.G. Nijhof, Mr J.L. Schnoebelen and Mr D.M. Zuydam (CFO).
