The famous Paris Les Halles district is currently being redeveloped whereby the aim is to improve the quality of life for the residents of Paris and of the Île-de-France region, including the parking facilities around the Les Halles district.
The task entrusted to Ginger is to supervise the works for the four level parking garage, including overall project management and implementation of technical studies, such as: external works, high and low voltage electricity, heating, ventilation, exhaust gas extraction and sub studies with regard to implementation aspects.
The fee for Grontmij is € 1.3 million over a period of two years. Works start beginning 2011 up till 2013.
