The remuneration report was approved by the full Supervisory Board on 8 March 2012. The report describes current policy, as adopted by the (extraordinary) General Meetings of Shareholders in May 2005, August 2006 and May 2007. Since May 2007, the remuneration policy has remained unchanged.
