Grontmij operate a zero tolerance approach to environmental laws and regulations and codes of practice. We have put ion place management systems to capture and information concerning our performance in relation to the environmental legal framework in each of our home countries. We report against GRI indicator EN28 to record our performance in this area.

Environmental Compliance
We began formally monitoring our compliance against environmental legal frameworks in January 2008. In the period from then until December 2009 we recoded no infringements of any environmental regulation or code of practice (voluntary or otherwise).
