Grontmij is committed to human rights and the elimination of all forms of discrimination. We are signatories to the Global Compact and prepare a yearly report to the Global Compact on our performance and the development of our procedures in support of the ten principles.

We have put management systems in place to capture and information concerning our performance in relation to our anti-discriminatory practices and our observance of human rights. We report against GRI indicator HR4 to record our performance in this area.

We began formally monitoring our compliance against human rights performance in January 2008. In the period from then until December 2009 we recoded no infringements of any human rights code or anti-discriminatory code of practice (voluntary or otherwise).
