The three weeks prior to the publication of the trading updates and the half year financial results and the period of two months prior to the publication of the full year results are considered to be the silent periods. Meetings with analysts, presentations to the latter and to investors (institutional or otherwise) and direct consultations with such investors shall not occur in these silent periods.
