The ceremony of 'Grand Opening', summarizing the current phase of implementation of investment and promoting a new brand under which operates the Park developer Slough Estate Group – SEGRO, was held in the Tulip Park in Stryków. The main part of the ceremony was the granting of titles of 'The Best Partner of the Tulip Park'. Among the awarded was also Grontmij Poland.
 
We participate almost from the very beginning of the development of the Tulip Park (100 000 m2 of usable storage and industrial area, five tenants with production and distribution operations, almost 2000 employed) and its success is also our achievement. Horace’s aphorism, etched into the award statuette Golden Tulip "I built monument more lasting than bronze" - reflects the pride of that success.
 
It should be underlined that project is executed by our team from the Regional Office in Lodz, composed of Robert Grudzień, Witold Czernek and Paweł Januszkiewicz, and cooperates with a team of four professional engineers.

The project the Tulip Park in Stryków is still developing. Currently, further facilities are being constructed, and there is a plan to extend the area of the Park. Our cooperation with Segro is not limited to the Tulip Park in Stryków. We started building a similar park in Gliwice, and this year we begin next implementation in Lodz. Without a doubt, experience from the project in Stryków allowed us to build a new specialization in Grontmij Poland.
